We accept payments via EFTPOS, online & mobile banking (no cash) for BSP. For quicker KATS processing for accounts outside our bank, please pay during work hours, preferably in the morning. Payments outside work hours may cause delays. Non-bank financial institutions access KATS through commercial banks.


The bond provides coverage for minor damages in the event the vehicle is returned with damage; however, it does not fully cover significant or extensive damage. Additionally, the bond covers fuel costs if the vehicle is returned with a lower fuel level than at the time of hire, as well as any additional rental days should the client fail to make payment for an extension.


Once your purchase is complete, please allow one to two business days for the transfer of ownership documents to be processed. We are committed to finalizing this process as swiftly as possible to ensure you can enjoy your new vehicle without delay.


For payments processed through BSP during regular work hours, vehicle pick-up is typically available within a few hours. However, if payment is made from a different bank, especially outside of work hours, there may be delays due to processing times. We recommend coordinating your payment timing to ensure a smooth and timely pick-up.


If you encounter a delay in the payment process, we recommend first checking with your bank to confirm the status of the transaction. To facilitate a quicker resolution, please have your transaction details, including the reference number and payment time, ready. While we strive for timely processing, delays may occur due to interbank clearing times or after-hours transactions. We will keep you informed and work with you to arrange the earliest possible pick-up of your vehicle once the payment is confirmed.


While you are welcome to make payments outside of work hours, please note that this may cause delays, particularly if the transaction is from a bank other than BSP. To avoid potential delays, we strongly recommend completing payments during work hours, with a preference for mornings.


We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds once the purchase agreement has been signed. This agreement is executed after the vehicle has undergone inspection and test drives, and the buyer has confirmed their satisfaction. Please ensure you are fully content with your decision before signing the purchase agreement.


Currently, our delivery services are limited to the Port Moresby area. We do not ship vehicles outside of the city at this time. However, we are actively working on expanding our services to include shipping to other locations in the near future.
